FAQ's
Q: What activities are there included in my Summer Splash Water Zone ticket?
A: 30 foot Water Slide, Slip ‘N Slides, Wet Assault Course and Water Gun Wars are included in your ticket to the Water Zone. You have one hours access at the time stated on your ticket to the Water Zone. There are other activities available outside of this zone, payable on the day cash or card and you can stay in this area as long as you like. Spectators are welcome here too.
Q: What activities are available at an extra cost?
A: Stay with us before and after your slot to enjoy additional activities pay as you go including water zorbing, bungee trampolines, bumper cars and inflatable fun plus more! We also have street food and music- perfect summer vibes with friends and family.
Q: Do Spectators need a ticket?
A: No- you only need a ticket to enjoy the Water Splash Zone. You can come and spectate or pay as you go on our dry activities any time of day without a ticket.
Q: Will all activities be running?
A: We aim to have everything available, but activities may vary slightly due to weather or operational reasons.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Swimwear, towel, sunscreen and a dry change of clothes.
Q: Are there food and drinks?
A: Yes! Delicious local food and drinks will be available from street food vendors.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes — free parking on site.
Q: Is it suitable for adults?
A: Absolutely — adults are encouraged to join in the fun!
Q: Is there a minimum age?
A: We advise that children must be age 5 as a minimum to take part and some activities may not be suitable for younger children.
Q: How long can I stay?
A: As long as you like! Your ticket time is your starting time for your hour on the Water Splash zone, so we recommend arriving 15 minutes before. Once your hour is up you are welcome to stay and enjoy our other pay as you go activities and enjoy the street food.
Q: What happens if I arrive later?
A: We will do what we can to get you into the next session, but we cannot guarantee availability as we have strict capacities to adhere too.
Q: Can I buy tickets to the Water Splash Zone on the door?
A: It is possible to buy tickets on the door, however we cannot guarantee availability as we have strict capacities and once the tickets are sold out we cannot create more space. It is recommended to prebook as early as possible to guarantee your space.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately not, and we have a zero tolerance policy for dogs in hot cars and will break them out with no notice.
